What have we (StopDoingNothing Media) done and continue to do for our monthly retainer clients?
Full HighLevel Agency Management: This includes initial set up of the agency, connection of the merchant account, setting up SAAS plans and order forms. Setting up snapshots and attaching them to SAAS plans and building onboarding processes. Since we are a HighLevel SAAS Agency ourselves we "eat our own dogfood" in this area.
Workflows / Automations: This is probably our strongest area of expertise. We have a strong background in programming logic and software development. Workflows are just miniature programs. We've set up extensive workflows with if logic, inbound / outbound webhooks / zapier integrations, AI and AI agent integrations, and workflows to determine the engagement and interests of contacts so you engage with the most important ones while keeping the other ones on long-term management. There is very little we haven't done in Workflows.
Opportunity Management: If you sell any product or service then this is a severely underlooked feature. We have experience building out and managing multiple pipelines and respective automations needed for each stage and status for each pipeline.
Website / Funnel Building: Been there. Done that also. Our website and funnel design work is mainly focused on lead generation types of design. While we can do pretty, we are a marketing company. Our goal is to get you leads and sell your services.
A2P: Got it down pat. Can't remember the last time we had trouble with one.
Ads: We've had great success with Meta ads by keeping them simple. This is where we we like to start with our clients and then branch into Google, Reddit and the other popular ad platforms. When you start diving into ads with us remember that it is marathon not a sprint. If you have the budget and patience for good ad testing, we will make you successful in the world of paid ads.
Calendar / Appointment Management: We are very family with every aspect of appointment booking and the needed automations to get people to show up. This is another area where we eat our dog food.
